Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the sale of concierge services and short-term rental management services offered by KEYPRO Conciergerie.

2. Services

KEYPRO notably offers :

- short-term rental management,

- guest check-in and check-out,

- maintenance and cleaning services,

- personalized concierge services.

3. Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included.

They may vary depending on the type of service and will be communicated prior to any booking confirmation.

4. Booking and Payment

Any booking is confirmed after validation of payment (full amount or deposit, according to the conditions specified at the time of booking).

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, cash.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation by the client: any cancelled service may be subject to a refund in accordance with the cancellation conditions selected at the time of booking.

Cancellation by KEYPRO: in the event of an inability to provide the service, a full refund will be issued.

6. Arrival and Departure

Check-in and check-out times are specified at the time of booking.

Late arrival or early departure does not entitle the client to any refund.

Additional fees may apply for arrivals or departures outside the agreed time slots.

7. Guest Obligations

Guests agree to:

- respect the property, furniture, and equipment provided,

- respect the neighborhood and condominium rules,

- not exceed the maximum authorized occupancy,

- immediately report any damage or malfunction.

8. Cleaning

End-of-stay cleaning is included or charged according to the conditions specified at the time of booking.

However, guests are required to leave the property in a reasonable condition (dishes put away, trash disposed of).

Additional fees may be deducted from the security deposit if the property is left in an abnormal condition.

9. Pets

Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed.

If expressly authorized, the guest remains fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet.

10. Security Deposit

For bookings made directly with KEYPRO Conciergerie (website or direct contact), the Provider reserves the right to request a security deposit.

The amount and the existence of this deposit are freely determined by KEYPRO at the time of booking and may be waived at any time at the sole discretion of the Provider.

When required, the security deposit is intended to cover any damage observed to the property, furniture, or equipment.

A visual inspection is carried out in the presence of the guest upon arrival and departure.

In the event of damage identified at departure, all or part of the security deposit may be retained. The guest acknowledges that the absence of a written report does not prevent the Provider from proving the damage by any means (joint visual inspection, photos, invoices, estimates).

The security deposit, after deduction of any applicable charges, will be refunded within a maximum period of 90 days following the guest’s departure.

If the cost of repairs exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the guest agrees to reimburse the difference upon presentation of supporting documents.

11. Insurance

Guests are encouraged to take out a holiday rental insurance policy covering any damage caused to the property.

KEYPRO reserves the right to engage the guest’s civil liability in the event of a claim.

12. Liability

KEYPRO Conciergerie undertakes to provide its services with diligence and professionalism.

It cannot be held liable for:

- theft, loss, or damage to guests’ personal belongings,

- damage resulting from improper use of the property,

- interruptions or malfunctions due to external causes (power outages, water damage, etc.).

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable if the performance of its obligations is delayed or prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, widespread public service outages, etc.).

14. Mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts within the jurisdiction of the Provider’s registered office.
